Conditions for the 1 + 1 guarantee
Loxx guarantees that the supplied product is without material- and manufacturing faults. Our 1 + 1 guarantee includes the costs of the repairs and free replacement of defect parts resulting from material-or manufacturing faults. Further claims are excluded, if the law does not require any liability compulsorily.
The 1 + 1 guarantee only applies under under the condition that the Loxx is operated and used in accordance with the user manual. Complaints are accepted when you send the product as a whole and in its original state, together with the proof of purchase or the 1 + 1 guarantee confirmation, to the Loxx customer service in the country involved.
The guarantee does not include any extension of the guarantee period or the beginning of a new guarantee period. Not covered by the 1 + 1 guarantee are especially parts that are subject to wear (for example sticks of cylinders and batteries), normal wear and tear, industrial permanent use, damage by shocks or falling, weather influences, overload or damage that, after the risk is over, especially results from improper or careless handling or unsuitable equipment. If the customer or any third parties make changes or repairs in an inexpert manner, or if parts of third parties or non-original accessories or materials are built in, Loxx does not give guarantee for the consequences.
For the remainder the general or guarantee conditions, respectively, of the Loxx customer service in the country involved apply. Besides the guarantee statement, the legal or agreed claims of guarantee remain in full force.
